A 45 minute class geared towards older adults, consisting of low-impact, low-tempo endurance exercises to get you moving along with strength exercises to maintain and improve muscle mass by the use of small weights and resistance bands. In this class we will be making wired gumpaste flowers. We will make the hibiscus, Rose, and hydrangea. This will consist of two 3 hour classes.
